2014 Training Weeks

2014 Training Weeks

During the last six months of 2014 ENGAGE successfully completed two more training weeks. The first of these was conducted in September 2014. Our Nepali coordinator Jeewan Gurung taught the sessions. He reported how the training week was very successful with 13 students present. One the last day of the training Jeewan sent the students out for a day of practical evangelism. The result was the conversion of two families which the students are now following up. Please pray for the these new families and our students who are following them up.

Our next training week was held in November 2014 and it was run by Blake Cannon the Mission Coordinator of our Australian base. He spent the two days with the students working through the epistle to the Romans and the other three days covering the last four books of the Torah. Blake reported that the students were very attentive and especially enjoyed their time in the book of Romans. He also spent a day visiting our church planters in the field. He was able to observe the many new locations that the Lord is opening up through our church planters. He reported the many doors of opportunity that are available for our church planters.
